Two accused, Hasan Niazi, focal person of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan, and local PTI leader Raja Shakeel Zaman, have been granted bail in the case of the killing of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf activist Zal Shah during a police operation in Zaman Park.
The Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Ijaz Ahmed ordered the accused to submit a bail bond worth Rs. One Lack.

During the hearing for the bail application of Hasan Niazi and Raja Shakeel Zaman, President Lahore Bar Rana Intizar Advocate, they presented arguments on behalf of Hasan Niazi.
In contrast, Burhan Moazzam Malik Advocate presented arguments on behalf of Raja Shakeel Zaman.
However, Deputy Prosecutor General Abdul Jabbar Dogar
opposed the bail application.
