According to News, a man in Karachi climbed up an electric pole in protest after allegedly being denied a share in a plot by his father.
The incident took place in Baldia Town, where the son resorted to a unique method of protesting against his father by climbing up the electric pole. The police were informed and arrived at the scene.
The police engaged in negotiations with the young man and successfully convinced him to come down from the power pole safely after disconnecting the power supply to the area.
The police stated that the young man is involved in a property dispute with his father.
In a similar incident that occurred in December of last year, a man climbed up an electric pole in the Kashmore area of Sindh in an attempt to reconcile with his angry wife.
Nadeem Jamali, a resident of Kandhkot, ascended a high-tension wire pole after his wife filed for Khula (a form of divorce) in court.
