ISLAMABAD: Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has said that the President is getting out of control, it is not the President’s call to take such (election-related) decisions.
In a conversation with the media, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said that we had an agreement with the IMF and that the country is not going to default. It is an irony that half of the country’s population is living in poverty and half in luxury.

The Defense Minister said that a golf club of 1400 to 1500 canals has been given on Mall Road for a rent of four thousand rupees. This is a mockery of the poverty of the poor.
Khawaja Asif said that if we look at the record of FBR, it is clear that institutions are failing to collect revenue, and big institutions and companies have defaulted. I will not take names, the fact is that the companies unable to generate foreign exchange for the country should be eradicated. We have to think of a solution.
