Lakhnao: In India, the husband took the snake to the hospital instead of the dying wife.
The doctors and staff at a hospital in the Unnao district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh were shocked and horrified when a man arrived with a snake in a bag.
According to reports, Kusum, the wife of a man named Narendra, was bitten by a snake while cleaning the house, due to which she fainted. Neighbors rushed the woman to the hospital.

Upon getting the information about the incident, the husband came home and took the snake to the hospital, causing panic among the doctors and staff. When asked by the authorities why he had brought the snake to the hospital, Narendra replied that he wanted to show the snake to the doctors so that they could assess the poison and treat his wife accordingly.
The snake’s condition is said to be stable while the snake was released in a nearby forest.
