New Delhi: Another incident of Muslim hostility was encountered in India. Imam Masjid was brutally tortured for not raising religious slogans of Hindus.
According to Indian media, Hindu extremists entered a mosque in the Jalna district of Maharashtra state and forced the imam of the mosque, Zakir Syed, who was engaged in reciting the Holy Quran, to chant Hindu religious slogans.
On the refusal of the imam of the mosque, the Hindu extremists brutally tortured him and forcibly cut off his beard. Sometime after the incident, the worshipers who came to the mosque to offer prayers took the imam of the mosque to the hospital in a seriously injured condition.

The police, as usual, supporting the Hindu extremists, did not arrest those who subjected the Imam Masjid to the worst violence.
