In Hafizabad, 2 people were killed for resisting the robbery, the heirs protested by keeping the bodies on the road

2 persons were killed for resisting robbery in the Hafizabad area, while the accused escaped after snatching the motorcycle along with the cash.

According to DPO Hafizabad Dr. Fahad Ahmad, armed robbers shot and killed 2 persons and fled after taking cash and a motorcycle while resisting a robbery in the Kise area.

The heirs protested against the incident by placing the dead bodies on Sargodha Road and blocked the traffic, due to which long queues of vehicles were formed.

After negotiations with the police, the protestors ended the protest after 8 hours and restored the road for traffic.

The DPO says that the bodies have been shifted to the hospital for post-mortem and an investigation has been started to arrest the accused.
