Imran Khan’s non-bailable arrest warrant was issued in Tosha Khan Case

Session Court Islamabad issued Imran Khan’s arrest warrant. Imran Khan did not appear before the court in Tosha Khan criminal case. Session Judge Zafar Iqbal issued an arrest warrant for Imran as Court has ordered Imran Khan to appear today.

Justice Zafar Iqbal said that he provided many opportunities to Imran Khan but he did not appear before the court. So, he ordered to follow an arrest warrant. The case hearing was adjourned till 7th March.

PTI supporters have started assembling outside the session court after this announcement. 

Imran Khan’s advocate Ali Bukhari said that Imran has to appear in Judicial Court so he can come after he completes his hearing there. On this, Justice said that why he can’t appear in this court if he can appear in another court. The advocate further explained that he would not have time after these hearings
