Saad Hasan, counsel for the ECP, argued that it could only be presented once Khan appeared in court. In response, Ali Bukhari, counsel for the opposition party, submitted a medical certificate for Khan. Judge Iqbal then instructed the PTI lawyer to present a power of attorney.
