Islamabad: The High Court ordered not to harass Imran Khan during the Eid al-Fitr holidays.
Chairman PTI Imran Khan’s request to subject the possible arrest during the days of Eid to the prior permission of the court and the details of the cases was heard in the Islamabad High Court, where the petitioner Imran Khan faced Chief Justice Amir Farooq.
Imran Khan’s lawyer told the court that Siraj-ul-Haq came to Zaman Park, and there was a good attempt at negotiation. The next morning we saw that our President of Sindh had been picked up. The Chief Justice remarked that a bed test was evidently born out of this incident.

The lawyer said that we are afraid that they will do another operation during the 5 holidays of Eid, on which the Chief Justice remarked that I can ask for the details of the cases and how can I make a blank order.
Later, on the request of Imran Khan, the court ordered not to harass him during the Eid holidays, issued notices to the Federation, Police and FIA and sought details of the cases. The Islamabad High Court accepted the plea of Imran Khan to keep the petition pending till after Eid and fixed the petition for re-hearing on April 27.
