This time, the head of Saudi Arabia’s Astronomical Center says that Eid in Saudi Arabia will be on Saturday, April 22. According to the Astronomical Center, it is unlikely that the Eid moon will be visible in Saudi Arabia on Thursday.
On the other hand, the Saudi Gazette says that Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on Friday, April 21, while the Saudi Supreme Court has appealed to the citizens to see the Eid moon on Thursday. It is to be seen that if Eid-ul-Fitr falls on Friday in Saudi Arabia, will the private Sighting of the Crescent Committee under the auspices of Mufti Popalzai also announce Eid on Friday.
