After a four-day interbank holiday, the dollar’s value has increased against the rupee in Karachi.
The dollar closed at Rs. 283.20 last week, down 72 paise on the last day of the business week.
However, at the start of interbank business today, the dollar appreciated against the rupee and became more expensive by 30 paise, with one US dollar now costing 283.50 rupees.
