The Islamabad court issued a detailed one-page decision stating that the Court Supplementary Committees challenged Imran Khan’s non-bailable arrest warrant against threatening a female judge for Justice Faizan Hyder Gilani on March 13. The arrest warrant was issued.
In the court decision, it has been said that, according to the accused’s lawyer, Imran Khan did not appear in the court session due to security concerns. According to the accused’s lawyer, the security provided by the government has also been withdrawn from Imran Khan. To provide, Imran Khan’s lawyers requested to postpone the hearing.

The judges’ decision specifies that Imran Khan’s lawyers must appear in court on March 16. The non-bailable arrest warrant ordered by the Sessions Court for Imran Khan will continue to be suspended until that date.
