According to the latest reports Chief Justice of Pakistan has taken Suo Motu action for the ambiguity and delay to announce polling dates for provincial assemblies. He has set up a bench of 9 senior judges to determine who is the authority to announce election dates. There are 3 main questions that he will seek opinions from senior judges.
