Astronomer Dr. Javed Iqbal says that there is no possibility of seeing the Eid moon on April 20. According to Dr. Javed Iqbal, there will be a total solar eclipse on April 20, the solar eclipse will not be observed in Pakistan and India, the solar eclipse will begin at 6:34 AM and end around 12:00 PM.
Dr. Javed Iqbal says that the moon will emerge at 9 hours 15 minutes during the solar eclipse, and the age of the moon will be 9 hours 45 minutes at sunset on April 20. According to Dr. Javed Iqbal, the moon is too young to be seen on April 20, so Eid-ul-Fitr will be on April 22.

Keep in mind that Thursday, April 20 will be the 29th fast in Pakistan and if the moon is not sighted on April 20, then Eid-ul-Fitr will be on Saturday, April 22. On the other hand, a meeting of the central Sighting of the Crescent Committee has been called on April 20 for the sighting of the Eid al-Fitr moon.
