In a recent development, investigators have identified another suspect involved in the vandalism of Jinnah House, Lahore, which took place following the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief on May 9. The suspect, identified as Ali Shan, was captured in a video actively involved in vandalizing the memorial artefacts associated with Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

Moreover, the investigation has led to the discovery of another primary individual involved in the May 9 riots at Jinnah House in Lahore. The suspect, identified as Ali Raza, had traveled from Okara with the intention of attacking Jinnah House.
During interrogation, Ali Raza revealed that he was provoked against the army by the speeches of PTI leadership. He admitted to being part of the planned mischief, which involved individuals such as Hassan Niazi, Yasmeen Rashid, Ijaz Chaudhry, and others. The plan was reportedly made on May 9 at Zaman Park. Ali Raza further disclosed his participation in the arson and vandalism at Jinnah House, stating that they were influenced by anti-army speeches that led to their involvement in the attack.
The investigation into the Jinnah House vandalism continues, with authorities committed to ensuring that all those involved are held accountable for their actions.
