Washington: The United States has offered arbitration to resolve conflicts between Pakistan and India, saying both countries are willing to participate if both agree on American participation.
As per the sources, during the press conference, the journalist questioned US Department of State spokesman Ned Price why the United States doesn’t mediate between Pakistan and India.
The US Department of State spokeswoman stated that they could conduct this process correctly with both nations’ cooperation. It is not up to the US to establish the mechanism for negotiations between Pakistan and India.
He stated that Pakistan and India must make their own decisions to address disagreements, that we welcome constructive discussion between the two countries, and that Pakistan is willing to promote meaningful engagement between the two countries.
