Ali Zaidi’s bail granted in Fraud case

A Karachi local court granted bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Zaidi in the fraud case.

Judicial Magistrate Malir has ordered Ali Zaidi to deposit a bond of Rs.10,000.

During the hearing of Ali Zaidi’s bail application, the plaintiff’s lawyer told the court that the settlement has been done outside our court, and the plaintiffs are out of the country.

Earlier this morning, Judicial Magistrate Malir ordered Ali Zaidi to be sent to jail on judicial remand in a fraud case.

The court rejected the request of the investigating officer regarding the extension of Ali Zaidi’s physical remand and issued an order to send him to jail on judicial remand until April 30.
