Islamabad: Sheikh Rasheed could not be indicted in the case of conspiracy to assassinate former President Asif Zardari.
In the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad, the hearing of the case against Sheikh Rashid related to the accusation of conspiracy to kill Asif Zardari was held, in which the indictment proceedings against Sheikh Rashid were once again postponed.

Sheikh Rasheed’s lawyers submitted copies of the expulsion cases filed in the Islamabad High Court to the court, on which the court postponed the indictment proceedings as the matter was being heard in the High Court.
Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah adjourned the hearing of the case till June 3.
