KARACHI: The Consumer Protection Court imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on the citizen for not proving the charge of bee in the cold drink.
Consumer Protection Court East imposed a fine of 20 thousand rupees on the petitioner Naeem Khan.
The court said that the petitioner should pay a fine of Rs 15,000 for causing damage to the public treasury and the petitioner should also pay Rs 5,000 to the plant manager of the cold drink.
The court said that the petitioner filed a false, false, and baseless petition and failed to prove his allegation.

The petitioner had taken the stand that he bought cold drinks from a shop in Haleem last Ramadan on April 6. He went home and took out the cold drink in front of his family and there was a fly in one. He took the bottle to the shopkeeper without opening it, but the shopkeeper told One is not heard, the company should be given the original amount of cold drink and a fine of Rs 10 lakh.
The company’s plant manager denied all the allegations in court and termed the request as blackmail.
