Additional Sessions Judge of the District and Sessions Court Islamabad Ziba Chaudhry pronounced the reserved judgment regarding the Osama Satti murder case, according to which the court ordered the death penalty to the two accused and imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh each. The court sentenced 3 other accused to life imprisonment.
Also, the court declared the decision of the case on the completion of the trial on January 31. It should be clear that the trial of the Osama Sati case continued for 2 years and one month, in which Iftikhar Ahmed, Muhammad Mustafa, Saeed Ahmed, Shakeel Ahmed, and Mudassar Mukhtar were accused. 22-year-old Osama Sati was killed on January 2021 at 1.30 am on the Srinagar highway.

The accused persons were part of Anti-Terrorist Police officers while former Secretary High Court Bar Raja Faisal Younis is the counsel for the complainant in the Osama Sati case.
The court has awarded the death sentence to the main suspects Iftikhar and Muhammad Mustafa, while three other accused have been sentenced to life imprisonment.
